Investigation Process
The complaint or grievance will be investigated by Leona Connected, and/or another party designated by the school. Upon receipt of your submission, the investigator will:
- Provide effective communication of information you are unable to access due to a barrier
- Complete an investigation of the complaint in a timely manner
- Prepare a written report of the findings and conclusions
- Contact you upon conclusion of the investigation to discuss the findings, conclusions, and actions to be taken
